1. Definitions

"Users": Refers to individuals using the platform, including Students, Parents/Guardians, Tutors, and Visitors.
"Tutors": Refers to undergraduate students who provide tutoring services through the Website.
"You": Refers to Users, whether Students, Tutors, or Parents/Guardians.
"We"/"Us": Refers to the operators and owners of the Website.
2. Eligibility
To use the Website, you must:

Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate activities.

6. Payments and Fees
Tutoring fees will be clearly communicated before booking any session.
Payment must be made through the Website using the approved payment methods.
We may charge a platform fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel within the agreed notice period, you may be entitled to a refund or credit.
No-shows or cancellations outside the permitted time frame may result in no refund being issued.
We reserve the right to refund payments in cases of misconduct by a Tutor or breach of the Terms.

We own or have the appropriate rights to all intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.
Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display content shared on the platform.
Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of tutoring services provided by Tutors.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from:
Miscommunication or disputes between Students and Tutors.
Interruptions to the Website due to technical failures.
Any actions or omissions by Tutors or Students.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the total fees you have paid through the Website in the last 12 months.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
